A Baby Shower to Remember!

Putting together a baby shower on a budget can be extremely difficult. But, I have found that there are tons of ways to save and create a true baby shower to remember.  My sister-in-law is having a precious baby boy in May and I couldn't help but be all over throwing her a baby shower. Here are some crafts that I made just for the occasion.

Brittany's baby shower theme was one I found at Hobby Lobby. They had some amazingly cute decorations that I used. I made a poster to go above where I sat the favors to match the decor. The favor boxes I added Avery labels that said, "She's Ready to Pop." On the back I used another set of square Avery labels that stated, "Thanks for coming to Brittany's Baby Shower."
What would a baby shower be without a blessing board? I loved making this little craft.
"Guess His Birthday!" It is amazing what you can come up with when you know the color scheme to work with. This was a fun project that only cost about $10.00 to make!
Regular guest books are sometimes a little dull, so having a children's book for the guests to sign was a too cute idea! I found the chalk board for $6.99 at target and made the vase out of a mason jar, ribbon, and glass beads.
The diaper cake was so much fun to make, but once I finished with the kit I had from Hobby Lobby, I realized this cake needed a lot more cute effects. I wrapped all three layers with chocolate brown and light lime green ribbon. Next, I made a Terracotta pot into a cake stand.

If you want further details on these crafts, feel free to post a comment and I will make step by step instructions for each. God bless and have fun with your baby shower :)
